Perfect Showing – This service is perfect if you have a home that is already furnished, but needs de-cluttering, rearranging or some suggestions to make it appeal to the broadest clientele… ideal for the real estate agent or anyone selling an occupied home.  We provide pictures of the completed staging to help insure the “perfect showing” each & every time a potential buyer comes to view your home!

Curb Appeal – Capture a prospective buyer’s attention from the outside and entice them to check out the inside! From painting the exterior, planting flowers, adding lighting, cleaning the doors and window and, yes, even “staging” the front yard, we can help with it all.

Investor Staging: “Bang for the Buck” — Similar to Digi Staging, except We do all the work providing any furniture and accessories needed to make that positive lasting impression.  Consultation also includes curb appeal & marketing suggestions to help move your property more quickly.  Typically this includes Kitchen, Master (&Master Bath if connected)-Main Bath, featured Living Space. (ie; room with fireplace or window seat or special feature) and 1 -2 additional Bedrooms

Rehab Consultation – Not sure what to fix or not fix? What should stay or what should go? What can simply be cleaned vs. replaced? We are real estate investors ourselves with extensive backgrounds in rehabbing our own properties… We know what needs to be done to appeal to the right buyer meanwhile keeping costs to an absolute minimum. Sometimes it’s OK to stay with bright brass & butcher block laminate!  We’ll help steer you in the right direction for the Most Bang for your buck!! On average we can help you save around $2500.

Maintenance – Keep your property in “show-ready” condition including dusting the house, watering the plants, weeding and mowing the lawn and picking up mail, newspapers, or flyers left on the door step.
