The Staging is digitally recorded and sent to after the property evaluation. Everything is detailed and given to you, all you have to do is to follow the plan to ensure that everything is in the correct place when it comes time to show your property. The Live Stage is our premier and most popular service, where we do it all. It’s 100% “hands-off” so if the thought of staging your property seems overwhelming, or you simply don’t have time, this is the service for you.
Here’s How It Works:
We walk through the property and put together specific recommendations on what needs to be done to sell the house, keeping your goals, budget, time frame and exit strategy in mind. You then review and approve the plan and we complete the staging.
Depending on your needs, with a Live Stage we can also
